Holidays Views Blog has selected ten French festivals looming extraordinary for summer 2014 Like every year, many artists will evolve around the hexagon to make you spend moments of madness. You will not be disappointed because, as usual, the festival chose to move the greatest artists of the world, rock bands composers of electronic music through the reggae singers!

1) Hellfest Festival
From June 20 to 22, 2014 in Clisson (Loire Atlantique), you can listen to artists such as Iron Maiden, Slayer, Black Sabbath, Aerosmith or Deep Purple for the 2014 edition of the famous festival. Hard Rock and Metal Hellfest are planned, one of the biggest European festivals of extreme music. Sensitive souls, beware!
2) Festival Garorock
Phoenix, Shaka Ponk, FFF, Deluxe or Gessafelstein and Bakermat be in Marmande, from June 27 to 29 next, to make you spend unforgettable to you and the other 40,000 participants! If you like rock and electronica, the festival will capsize your heart. Go towards the banks of the Garonne!
3) Solidays
This is probably the most anticipated in the Ile-de-France Festival, I named the Solidays. For this 2014 edition, in which Nelson Mandela is honored, you can listen to artists like the famous Chinese Man Group, the dark Gesaffelstein and even the crazy group Skip the use. All of these artists will be present on 27, 28 and 29 June in Paris for a festival of madness!
4) The Festival of Nîmes
A festival in the heart of a historic monument? Yes you can! From June 28 to July 24, 2014 meeting in Nimes Arena. Program better than gladiators: Stromae, Shaka Ponk or the famous rock band The Black Keys! See you in the south of France for a 2014 edition of the Festival de Nimes which promises to be exceptional.
5) Francofolies
As every year the Francofolies festival is committed to make you discover artists from all over France like Flowters Breakers or Cats on trees! But not only! International groups will also be present in the 10 to 14 July 2014 in La Rochelle (as Shaka Ponk for example!). So see you in LR!
6) Women's World Cup
This was the famous Breton festival's World Cup will be present from 17 to 20 July in Carhaix, in Finistère! No surprises and great music lovers are reassured, Arctic Monkeys, Bakermat, Flowters Breakers, Gesaffelstein and many other top celebrities have answered the call to give you four days of madness! As usual, Breton festival displays a program to make others jealous! So go ahead and get your tickets for the biggest French festival.
7) Les deferlantes d'Ageles
I enjoy rock, pop and other music? So get out the sunglasses, cream and the tent and down in the south of France, more precisely in Argeles-Sur-Mer. Phoenix, MGMT or Indochina will be present from 6 to 8 July this year, for the 2014 edition of Déferlantes Argelès. The sea, sun and good music, what more? See you in Catalan land for a festival that looks great!
8) Main Square Festival
For its tenth anniversary, the Main Square has put together a fabulous program! Iron Maiden, The Black Keys, Franz Ferdinand, David Guetta, Skrylex and so many other great names in music are expected from Thursday 3 to Sunday, July 6, 2014 in the heart of the citadel of Arras for a new edition of the exceptional Main Square Festival. It's not everyday that you can listen to Iron Maiden in a citadel built by Vauban! Then go to the North!
9) Eurockeennes Music Festival
Do you like nature? Well good because the festival will be held between two ponds of 4 to 6 July 2014 in Belfort. Eurockeennes considered by our British friends as the best French festival promised us three memorable days! Indeed, for this 26th edition, The Black Keys, Pixies, Skrylex or Foster The People, Franz Ferdinand and many other renowned artists will be there to enjoy! Rock, pop, reggae and electro, there's something for everyone!
10) Musilac festival
Musilac the festival may be young, it has nothing to envy of its peers. -M-, Motörhead, Stromae, Shaka Ponk or Skip The Use await you on 11, 12 and 13 next July in Aix-Les-Bains, on the beautiful esplanade of the lake Bourget. Get ready, the 2014 edition of the festival promises to send Musilac heavy with a line-up madness!
